  • Early Bird Registration: Available until 15 August 2026
  • Late Registration: 15 August – 8 September 2026
  • Registration Closes: 8 September 2026
  • Prices exclude VAT and other related taxes.
  • In case of early bird registration (five and more people from the same company) %5 discount will be provided.
  • Registration Fee includes admission full day meeting programme, lunch, juice breaks, Summit bag and networking cocktail.
  • All fees must be converted into TL at the EUR banknote selling rate announced by the CBRT (Central Bank of Republic of Türkiye) on the payment day and deposited into the TL account. Participants may also pay in EUR.
  • Accommodation fees cover the bed & breakfast staying for one night.
  • Serenas Tourism Agency reserves the right to reflect any changes in the amounts of possible taxes and duties by the govermental authorities.
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation of participation is notified;
  • Until 11 July 2026, the full registration and/or accommodation fee will be refunded
  • Between 12 July and 8 August 2026, 50% of the registration and/or accommodation fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made on or after 9 August 2026 will not be refunded, only name changes can be made. The last notification date for the name change is September 8, 2026.
