Beyond a traditional scientific poster display, the section aims to highlight selected studies with strong relevance, innovation potential, and industry impact across the juice and ingredient ecosystem.

Through this initiative, 15th Juiceful Istanbul Summit 2026 aims to:

General Framework and Participation Model of the Poster Section

The 15th Juiceful Istanbul Summit Poster Section is planned to be structured around the following core principles:

  • Poster submissions will be open to international participation.

  • All applications will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

  • A total of 10 research projects will be selected to participate in the Poster Section.

  • Selected posters will be exhibited in a dedicated area within the summit venue.

Through this model, the aim is to move beyond high-volume but low-interaction poster displays and instead create a more focused platform highlighting selected research with strong visibility, industry relevance, and meaningful engagement potential.

The Poster Section of 15th Juiceful Istanbul Summit welcomes applied research relevant to the juice and ingredient industry, particularly studies with the potential to contribute to innovation, sustainability, product development, food safety, processing technologies, and consumer-oriented solutions.

1. Nutrition & Functional Approaches in Fruit-Based Products

  • Functional fruit and vegetable beverages and their potential health effects

  • Fruit juice applications in children, elderly, and sports nutrition

  • Plant-based fermented functional beverages and sustainable nutrition approaches

2. Fruit-Based Product & Ingredient Innovation for the Juice Industry

  • Novel fruit-based ingredients and formulations for juice applications

Submissions should demonstrate clear relevance to the juice industry, with a focus on practical application, innovation, and real-world impact.

Participation Requirements

  • Graduate students are eligible to apply. Applicants are required to submit a valid student certificate/document.
  • Poster abstract submissions must be submitted via the registration form no later than July 3, 2026.
  • Accepted poster abstracts will be announced on the MEYED website on July 31, 2026

Poster Preparation Guidelines

  • Posters should be designed in 70 × 90 cm format. (Poster board dimensions: 100 × 100 cm).
  • The top section of the poster should clearly include the title of the study, name(s) of the author(s), affiliated university or institution, and e-mail address(es).
  • Posters should include the following sections:Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords should be included.
  • The poster layout should be clear, well-structured, and easy to read. Texts and headings should be presented in readable font sizes. Appropriate figures, tables, graphs, and photographs may be used with brief explanatory captions.
  • Section headings should be written in bold and uppercase letters. References should follow APA 7 citation guidelines.
  • The official language for poster submissions and presentations is English.
